By using RoamWell, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've kept this as short and human-readable as we could.

1. Who we are

RoamWell ("we", "us", "our") is a wellness travel publication operating at https://www.theroamwell.com. Contact: theroamwell@gmail.com.

2. Using our content

All articles, images, and design elements on this site are protected by copyright. You may:

• Read our content freely
• Share links to articles on social media
• Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original

You may not:

• Republish entire articles on another site
• Use our content to train commercial AI models without written permission
• Use our images, logos, or design elements without permission
• Remove copyright notices from downloaded material

3. Editorial standards

Every article on RoamWell is researched from published sources, official data and current provider pricing. We aim for accuracy but we're human and occasionally we'll get things wrong. If you spot an error, please let us know at theroamwell@gmail.com.

4. Not professional advice

Our content covers travel, fitness, and wellness. It is informational only.

• Fitness content is not a substitute for a personal trainer or physiotherapist.
• Wellness content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
• Travel content reflects information and conditions available when the article was researched and published. Prices, visas, regulations, availability, and safety conditions can change; verify current information with official or relevant provider sources before you travel.

Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions. Never delay seeking professional advice because of something you read here.

5. Buying our digital products

Some of what we publish is sold rather than given away. Those products are digital: you receive files and, where a product page says so, access to an online tool. Nothing is shipped to you.

Purchasing is not open at the time of writing. When it opens, checkout will be handled by a third-party payment provider rather than by us directly. Depending on the provider, it may act as the seller of record for your purchase, which can mean it appears on your statement under its own name. We will name that provider here and at checkout once one is in place.

The price that applies is the one shown at checkout at the time you buy. Section 4 above applies to our paid products exactly as it applies to our free articles: they are educational and informational, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.

6. What you may do with what you buy

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of it. We keep the copyright and every other intellectual property right in the product, including its text, diagrams, worksheets and design.

You may:

• Read it, keep it, and use it for your own purposes
• Print it, including the worksheets, as many times as you need
• Write on it, annotate it, and fill it in
• Keep copies on your own devices and back them up

You may not:

• Redistribute it, share it publicly, or send copies to people who have not bought it
• Resell it, or sell anything derived from it
• Repost it publicly, in whole or in part
• Upload it to file-sharing sites, forums, messaging groups or document libraries
• Use it as material in a paid course, service or product of your own
• Share your access to any included online tool with people who have not bought the product

Printing it for yourself and lending your printed copy to a friend is not what this section is about. Publishing it is.

7. Delivery, access and changes

Delivery is digital and happens through the checkout and delivery system used at the time of purchase. The steps and expected timing are described at checkout and on the product page.

Where a product includes an online tool, that tool is part of the product. Our interactive calculator is currently open to everyone and is not access-controlled. Access controls will be applied as part of the live purchase system.

We may correct, update or improve a product after you buy it. Where it is practical to do so, we will make the updated version available to people who already bought it. We may also stop selling a product. That does not affect a copy you have already bought.

Sales of our digital products are final, and we do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind or lack of use. This does not affect refunds or cancellations required by applicable law, and the payment provider handling your purchase may operate its own mandatory buyer protections that apply in addition. 8. Affiliate links and sponsorships

This site may in the future contain affiliate links. If you buy a product through one of these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products or services that we have researched and consider genuinely worth the money. Any sponsored content will always be clearly labeled.

9. Advertising

This site may display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. User submissions

If you send us feedback, story ideas, or corrections, you grant us the right to use that information to improve our content. We won't publish your name or personal information without your permission.

11. Third-party links

Our articles link to other websites for reference. We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of external sites.

12. Availability

We aim for the site to be available 24/7 but we can't guarantee it. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or upgrades. We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoamWell and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
